Hello to anyone in the
beautiful country of Ireland. My name is David T. Culver. I am a poet, and live in the state of Alabama, in the
United States. I am very much interrested in finding someone in Ireland, to correspond with. I have always wanted
to have very close relations with anyone correspondant in Ireland, and as of yet, have not found anyone. I am very musically
inclined, and my love for music, is of course one of the biggest parts of my life. There in Ireland, music started.
This is where music came from so many years ago. I am currently listening continually to your rock group from Dublin...
U2. They are indeed my favorite group, and also I have a very deep interrest in the people OF that group, I guess for
various reasons. I very much respect what they do with their music, but also what they do, as being involved so, with
Amnesty International, and trying so hard, as they do, to get people to join AI. I have very much thought seriously
about joining myself. Paul Newson (BONO) has so many wonderful ideas, concerning helping other nations, as far as medical
help, and food into some of these forgotten countries and places in the world. I can tell very easily, he is a very
caring man indeed, and I respect him so much for this too. Luckily he has the MONEY to do things FOR others in these
countries, who may NEED real help. God bless him. So much for all this about U2... I guess, I could talk about
them forever, but I am very much looking foward to hopfully finding someone in Ireland, to correspond with full time, and
everyday, and for a very long time to come, and maybe even come to Ireland to be with and meet that person. I have my
own music to share, from the CDs I have recorded, and my address for email, and snail mail, and a couple of web sites is below
for you to use, in case anyone there may see this, and read it. I am looking foward to submitting this, and see what

memory
~In the night, the cool and soothing
airs
sweep this room.
I dream of morning birds singing-
yellow fields beneath gold suns bringing,
trails
that lead me back to you.
Twilight, will not return you here,
but songs that come from inside me,
softly, bring
back the moon.
It's glow upon my window, lifts the veil
of missing from within, and every now and then,
I
think of you.
I look to the stars, as if though,
you left them all for me alone,
melting at times into my heart.
One falling star makes heart beats start.
Flickering candle through a field,
brings light to the dark, and opens
my senses to something dear-
something warm and sweet in your smile,
and opens a thousand windows
in my long,
long life, that until now,
remained closed.
